Laura Piro
LBP Preseident/Founder, Certified Insurance Agent
Born and raised in Medford, MA, Laura entered into the insurance world at the young age of 16. Being the daughter of Emilio and Lina, both immigrants from Italy, helped shape Laura into understanding hard work, being determinated to do your best and caring for others was not a option. 25 years later and counting, Laura has survived the ups and downs of the insurance industry and understands the climate as it changes and aligns her agency accordingly. She has immersed herself and sacrified a lot of time over her career to ensure her agency is streamlined, educated on new regulations and offering top rated carriers and customer service.Her vision is clear. Exceptional customer service, valuable & affordable products, and knowledge are imperative.
Laura is loyal to her employees, her clients and carriers she represents as she believes relationships, integrity and loyalty are everything. She values her deep rooted referrals. Along with her agency family, they give everyone the respect and time they deserve in order to satify their insurance needs and goals.
Laura is active Board Member of the Reading Chamber of Commerce along with a member of Revere Chamber of Commerce. She vounteers her time trying to give back the communities she is a part and and giving back in anyway she can.
Residing in Medford with her two beautiful children Ella, Vincent and sweet fur baby Rocky she is able to stay close to her Mom. Her favorite past times are spending time with her loved ones and friends who are family enjoying life. Her favorite pastimes are cooking, entertaining, traveling and golfing!
Amy Bishop
Certified Insurance Agent
Amy was born and raised in Arlington, MA, and started her career in the auto finance world working for both TD Auto Finance and Charter One Bank. After taking a hiatus from her career to raise her two beautiful daughters, Amy decided to jump into the insurance world joining LBP Insurance in 2020.
Amy has also been working with the non-profit In Control Advanced Driving Training for over 15 years. In Control is a non-profit organization that offers state certified crash prevention training to all drivers.
She is a dedicated, certified insurance agent and known for her willingness to go the extra mile. She understands the ins and outs and can help you find the right insurance coverage for you and your family. Amy currently resides in Wilmington, MA with her husband, 2 daughters, and their three dogs.
Ida Bishop
Office Manager
Ida graduated from Wilmington High School as a member of the National Honor Society in 2021. She was the captain of both her lacrosse team and ice hockey team.
Ida joined the LBP team in 2021 to help with customer service and office managment.
She is currently studying forensic physcology at Roger Williams Universtity in Bristol, RI.
